We had a fantastic stay! The hotel's cleanliness was impeccable, making us feel comfortable and at ease throughout our visit. The location was perfect, as it was near the promenade and within easy reach of all the major attractions. We loved being able to walk along the promenade and soak in the beautiful views. Additionally, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring that our needs were met and making our stay even more enjoyable.

We recently had a fantastic stay at a lovely hotel in a popular seaside destination. The hotel was incredibly clean and had a homely atmosphere that made us feel instantly comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised by the value for money, considering the excellent location just a short walk from the beach. The staff were incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped with all the basic amenities we needed, just as shown in the pictures on the hotel's website. We particularly appreciated the attention to detail, with towels and tea/coffee facilities replenished regularly. The breakfast included in our stay was delicious and provided a great start to the day.

Heywood House is conveniently located near the beach, making it a great choice for families looking to enjoy some sun and sand. The hotel is also close to the main nightlife area, easily accessible by taxi. The trams are a convenient mode of transportation, and they run regularly. the hotel is just a stone's throw away from the popular Pleasure Beach, offering plenty of entertainment for both kids and adults.

The hotel lacks hot water in the mornings, which can be quite an inconvenience for guests needing to take showers before checking out.

Clean and Comfortable Stay with Excellent Location

We stayed in a room with a four-poster bed that was clean and comfortable. The ensuite shower was also very clean with all the necessary amenities. The location was great, close to the beach and the amusement park. We were able to reach other attractions easily via tram service. The breakfast was included, there was a selection of cereals, drinks, and a full English. The staff was friendly and attentive to our needs.

Although the room was clean, the furnishings were outdated and needed updating, including the bedding. the attention to detail was lacking as we noticed minor annoyances such as hard pillows and an uncomfortable mattress.
